Why do I need a consultation/to take a hair assessment to be able to purchase the extract?Updated a year ago
We believe in the uniqueness and diversity of human beings. No two scalps or heads of hair are the same, which is why each Extract is custom-blended to your specific requirements. Both consultation and Hair Assessment allow us to determine whether or not you will benefit from Extract use. If you are a suitable candidate, we will hand-blend it to your individual hair and scalp. We only accept you into our Extract program if we genuinely believe that we can help you.
